How to duplicate Specify Notion template?

  • Open the Notion template

  • And click on duplicate on the top right corner

How to connect my design tokens to the Notion template?

Step by step

  • Go to your Destinations in your Specify repository and click on Add Destination.

  • Select Notion as your destination in the first step

  • Follow the steps and click on the Notion Template link when you are in the Duplicate Notion Template step if you haven't duplicated the template yet.

  • Be sure to choose to sync your design data in an existing database.

  • Move your Notion template to a page you gave Specify access to previously.

  • Go to the right database in the template you duplicated. There's a shortcut to the databases you can connect to Specify at the top of the template.

  • Open the database and copy the link to your database page

  • Paste the URL in the field in Specify.

    If you have an error, you might want to check if you gave Specify permissions to where is your template.

  • Enjoy your documentation and have a look at some linked databases that reference those same design tokens! πŸŽ‰
